CPI Inflation Update
WEB OOH and CPI Inflation Rise
WEB OOH costs rose by 0.6% on the month compared with a 0.3% increase between February and March 2023. The Consumer Prices Index (CPI) rose by 10.5% in the 12 months to December 2022, down from 10.7% in November.
The CPI rose by 7.0% in the 12 months to March 2022, up from 6.2% in February. The CPI rose by 10.1% in the 12 months to September 2022, up from 9.9% in August.
The annual core inflation rate, which excludes volatile items such as energy and food, fell to 4.5%, the lowest rate since September 2021.
